Scrapbook of newspaper clippings and postcards, mostly about miscellaneous Michigan topics, such as: farming, agriculture, poetry, news events, lumbering, World War I leaders, stocks, and Dorothy Dix (Elizabeth Meriwether Gilmer) columns. There are also a few funeral cards. There is local news for Saginaw, Tawas, and Plainfield (Mich.), among other places. An Arizona newspaper is included in the scrapbook. Most of the newspapers are unidentified.
